Donations

All donations made to Action for Animals NPC are voluntary contributions intended to support our charitable activities, including animal welfare assistance, sterilisation programmes, veterinary care, and community outreach initiatives.

By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Donations
All donations are final and non-refundable. Once a donation has been successfully processed, Action for Animals NPC is unable to reverse or refund the contribution.

2. Donor Confirmation
Before completing a donation, donors will be required to confirm their acceptance of this Donation Policy and acknowledge that their contribution is voluntary.

3. Allocation of Funds
Donations will be used at the discretion of Action for Animals NPC to support our mission and operational needs. While we strive to direct funds toward the purposes described in our campaigns, we reserve the right to allocate funds where they are most needed to support our animal welfare initiatives.

4. Errors in Donation Amounts
If a donor believes that a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount entered due to a technical or typing mistake), the donor must notify Action for Animals NPC within 7 days of the transaction. Requests will be reviewed at our discretion.

5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Action for Animals NPC does not store sensitive payment information.

6. Fraud Prevention
Action for Animals NPC reserves the right to decline, cancel, or review any donation suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of payment methods.

Currency: All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
